We do not offer refunds on our cosmetics; we do allow our customers to exchange an item for something different. Exchange must be sent back to us within 14days of receiving the new lip gloss order, unused/unopened.

Sorry you didn’t love Bossy and Glossin lip gloss. To get the process started on your exchange.You must send the lip gloss back unused/unopened within 14 days. Please contact us as well with your order number and let us know what product you would like us to send you for the exchanged product. The new option must cost the same amount as the product you sent back to us.

WRONG ORDER/CANCELLING/DAMAGED GOODS FROM SHIPPING

If your receive the wrong order from what you purchased,please reach out to us and we will correct it immediately No you do not have to return the wrong lip gloss that was sent to you.Keep it and we will send out the correct items you ordered for free of charge.WHO doesn’t like a two for one ladies.

All you have to do is contact us through the contact form with the subject(cancel order) following by your order number.NO edits can be made after the order is shipped.Be sure of which cosmetics you want to order before so.If cosmetics product is damaged when received contact us immediately with pic no later than 3business days after you received your package,and we will send you out another one for free of course.Free shipping as well.
